When I first helped build the O-Shot® website nearly 15 years ago, I was a teenager working with my father and learning the ins and outs of website design, online marketing, and the very early systems that supported what would become the Cellular Medicine Association.
Over the next few years, I traveled the country helping with provider trainings, meeting many of the physicians in our group, and learning some of the same marketing principles we still teach in our classes today. I also got to see firsthand how these procedures could change lives, not only for patients, but also for our providers.
After college, I spent the next decade working in finance and film, producing projects and applying many of the same marketing principles I first learned inside the CMA.
Now, I have decided to return to the CMA to help revamp many of our teaching materials, marketing systems, websites, and provider resources, with the goal of helping you perform better procedures, reach more of the right patients, and continue growing your practice.
This email is to update you about new systems, training materials, and marketing methods that we’ve built that should make it easier for you to learn how to do quality procedures for the benefit of your patients and for the profit of your practice.
Here are a few of the major updates…
Directory Rebuild
We have rebuilt the provider directory on the O-Shot® website to make it more interactive for patients and easier to search.
Patients can now search more specifically by location, treatment interest, and specialty badges. For example, a patient looking for a provider in Nevada who wants treatment for Lichen Sclerosus can now search more directly.
Because the new directory allows for larger images, some older profile photos may now appear blurry. If you have not recently updated your bio or profile photo, I recommend doing that here:

If you would like to ask about adding a specialty badge to your listing, please reach out to us and we can help point you in the right direction.
Website Refresh
Oshot.info has also received a much-needed refresh.
We worked hard to preserve the heart and history of the O-Shot® Procedure while giving the site a cleaner look and better structure for both patients and providers. While even more updates are coming…
You can take a look here at where we are at today:
New O-Shot® Training Video
It has been a long time since we created new training footage for the O-Shot® Procedure.
The new training video includes detailed footage, updated teaching, and Dr. Runels’ perspective after more than 16 years of experience with the procedure.
This video is not only for new providers. It is also a helpful refresher for experienced injectors who want to review technique, avoid common “O-Shot® traps,” and continue improving their results.
You can watch the new training inside the O-Shot® Course here:

CMA Webstore
We have also launched a new CMA webstore to make it easier to order and subscribe to marketing materials, brochures, and procedure-based products.
You can visit the store here:
Finalization of 10 Years of Research
For the last decade, many of our providers and their patients have been part of ongoing research into the effectiveness of the O-Shot® Procedure.
We are now very close to having this research finalized and published.
The results are extremely encouraging, and we are excited to share more once the publication process is complete. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped collect patient survey results. If your patients submitted survey results, you are credited in the research as well.
We will have a larger rollout once the research is officially announced, so please stay tuned!
Thank you for continuing to offer the O-Shot® Procedure to your patients and for being part of the CMA.
We are excited about the next chapter of research, training, and development.
Sincerely,
Will Runels
