Alan Kuan, MD

Dr. Kuan obtained his Masters of Science degree in Physiology from the University of Manitoba and completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Alberta. With over 30 years of experience in acute care medicine, Dr. Kuan recognizes to successfully manage more complex, chronic health conditions, a more comprehensive, individualized approach to health and disease must be used. His philosophy is to educate his patients to promote healthier behaviours, create wellness and effectively prevent disease.

Dr Kuan has a passion for Regenerative and Anti-Aging Medicine. He has a keen interest in Men’s Health. By using the technology and science of the 21st century, Dr. Kuan strives to uncover the root of the ailment, to provide effective treatment and to reverse the cause of disease. This approach is the basis of Integrative Medicine and the individualized care that Dr. Kuan provides to all of his patients.

Though well versed on all aspects of age management and wellness, Dr. Kuan continues to educate himself to provide optimal treatments. Dr. Kuan merges the best of holistic and traditional medicine. Dr Kuan is board certified in Emergency, Sports and Family Medicine. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, as well as a member of the Age Management Medicine Group.
